strength for the community, he carries his
credentials with humility.

Actively involved in the community, he
was elected Trustee of the Delhi Parsi
Anjuman in 1969, served it as the Vice
President from 1991-2007 and has been its
President since 2007 and now its Patron
since 2011. He was also on the Editorial
Board of the Anjuman’s magazine,
Dipanjali. The Founder-Member of the
Federation of Parsi Zoroastrian Anjumans
of India, he was the Member of its
Executive Council from 1976-1982 and
from 1984 till date. He has also served
the Federation as the Honorary Secretary
from 1980-1982. A Founder-Member of
the World Zoroastrian Organization, he
is the Member of the Main Managing
Committee, UK, since 1980 and was its
Vice President from 1986-1988. He was
the pioneering member initiating the
establishment of WZO’s India Chapter,
and also served as a member of the
Editorial Board of its magazine, Hamazor
from 1986-1988. He is a Member of the
Parsi Matrimonial Court since 1978. He
is the Founder-Member of the World
Zarathushti Chamber of Commerce, and
helped liaise with international bodies to
establish its Indian Chapter in 2005. He
is on the Board of the World Zarathushti
Cultural Foundation since 2004 and in
2013 was nominated as Member of the
National Commission for Minorities.
